20th October 2023, Dhaka/Bangladesh - Wishes
76 / 77 / 78
In the name of Peace and Justice.
I have three wishes today, which I present to you in the name of Peace and Justice - in the hope they may be fulfilled.
My first wish for today is wish for today is about border conflicts. Border conflicts
can lead to war, and we don't want wars, we want Peace. So, my
first wish for today is for all the countries of the Indian Region to solve their border issues, NOW,
once and for all.
These are some of the ongoing border conflicts in the
Indian Region:
1. |
IN/MM |
Kabaw Valley |
2. |
BD/MM |
Naf River Islands |
3. |
IN/NP |
Kalapani region + Nawalparasi
district |
4. |
BT/CN |
Bhutan enclaves in Tibet + Kula Kangri mountains
+ Haa district + Eastern part of Bhutan |
5. |
IN/CN |
Anurachal Pradesh + Aksai Chin/Kashmir conflict |
6. |
IN/PK |
many conflicts, not only about Kashmir +
Sir Creek |
7. |
MV/MU |
Chagos Archipelago |
And then there are many unresolved internal conflicts within
India itself, notably the Maoist insurgency in Eastern parts of
India, and various insurgencies in the neglected areas of the
so-called 7 sisters, the easternmost states of India.
In the name of Peace and Justice, I'm asking the governments
concerned to act NOW and resolve these issues NOW!
Which brings me to my second wish for today.
In my view, this whole Indian Region, comprising
the Republic of India itself but also the Himalayan states
of Nepal and Bhutan, as well as Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and the
Maldives, should form a political union, the Indic Union,
or the United Indic States, with one constitution,
one government, one parliament, one judicial system, one single
army, one single currency.
And then, of course - and this is my third wish for today -
the whole Indian Region should become another important
center of World Peace and, following the example of the
Pacific Union-to-be, demilitarize the whole Indian Ocean.
No warships shall be allowed in the whole region, only the UN Peace
Army-to-be shall have the right of access to these waters.
Such are my three wishes for today, which I present to you in the name
of Peace and Justice, in the hope they may be fulfilled.
In the name of Peace and Justice, thank you!
